1. Performance Variability: We will optimize your website’s speed based on current performance metrics and factors within our control, striving for the best improvements. However, results may vary due to factors beyond our control, like server performance and network conditions.
2. Third-Party Dependencies: We endeavour to optimize your website to the best of our abilities, but we cannot be held responsible for the performance impact of third-party resources, or services that may affect our speed optimization efforts.
3. Client Responsibilities: Your cooperation is essential for successful speed optimization. Please provide accurate information, access credentials, and timely responses to facilitate the optimization process and ensure optimal results.
4. Hosting Limitations: We aim to optimize your website within the limitations of your hosting provider’s capabilities and configurations. However, speed-related issues arising from hosting limitations are beyond our control.
5. Core Web Vitals: We prioritize optimizing your website to meet Google’s Core Web Vitals metrics, including loading performance, interactivity, and visual stability, to enhance user experience and search engine rankings. Additionally, please be aware that it may take up to one month to observe significant improvements in website speed following our optimization efforts.
6. Content Complexity: We work diligently to optimize websites for speed, but the complexity and structure of your content may affect optimization efforts. We’ll do our best to address speed issues resulting from complex content or inefficient coding practices.
7. Optimization Risks: We prioritize minimizing disruptions during the optimization process. However, certain speed optimization techniques may temporarily impact website functionality or user experience. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this phase.
8. Post-Optimization Maintenance: In the event of conflicts arising from plugin or theme updates impacting website performance, causing delays, or requiring additional troubleshooting time, charges may apply after mutual agreement and understanding. Please note that paid plugins eligible for updates should have valid license keys; plugins requiring purchase for updates are not included.
9. Plugins and Theme Updates: We will monitor the uptime of website speed optimization, addressing any downtime resulting from speed optimization issues promptly. Any unrelated issues arising after our optimization work will be handled separately and addressed accordingly during Post-Optimization Maintenance.
10. Image & Media Optimization: We employ general optimization techniques suitable for most images and media to enhance your website’s speed and performance. However, if your image matrix presents unique challenges, we prioritize optimization for the main pages. Feel free to communicate any specific needs or preferences during the consultation process to ensure your requirements are met effectively.
11. Browser and Device Compatibility: While we strive to optimize your website for various browsers and devices, uniform performance across all platforms cannot be guaranteed due to differences in browser technologies and device capabilities.
12. Exclusions: In rare cases, certain pages, content types, or functionality may be excluded from optimization efforts if deemed necessary for technical or practical reasons. We’ll communicate any exclusions transparently and discuss alternatives where possible.
13. Testing and Validation: We will conduct thorough testing and validation post-optimization to ensure improvements in speed. However, ultimate performance may vary based on user-specific environments and behaviour.
14. Confidentiality: We will treat all client information and data as confidential and will not disclose any details without prior consent.
15. Liability: We prioritize your satisfaction and will address any concerns to the best of our ability, but our liability for speed optimization services is limited by applicable law. While we strive to optimize website speed, we’re not liable for any loss of revenue or damages beyond our control.
